Where is the Best All-Ages Club in Seattle, Washington?
I’ve been here a couple times, the only 18+ club in Seattle I’ve tried out. It’s ok, the dancers are scantily clad, but not so pretty in the face, and a select few people actually dance there. Don’t go if your a single lady.Oh yeah, don’t go if you’ve already had way too much to drink. Last time I waited in line for about 20 minutes, and forgetting how loud I was talking, and started to make fun of the cops standing outside the club. Didn’t even get to hand the bouncer IDs…he immediately kicked us out..of the line.
Uh, how about shake the CHAC, ‘cuz that’s what everyone calls this venue, just a few blocks away from Neumo’s and the rest of the Capitol Hill Arts Center. The best night is Electric Avenue on Friday evening when deejay Peter Evans amongst many talented others spins the night away with fat beats and a full dance floor. This classic warehouse supports local artists and believes that “art can nourish like food.” For that I give the CHAC mad props and a hell yeah! I will see you on the dance floor.
Past Pike Place Market, below Rachel the Pig, just down Post Alley is the Market Theatre. Even more exciting however is the fabulous Gum Wall created by patrons of the Market Theatre waiting in line. If you don’t know what a Gum Wall is, just tune into the Travel Channel where this one was featured as a Seattle tourist attraction! Mmm mmm Hubba Bubba. The Market Theatre is available for rent; the Gum Wall is available for photo ops. Chews wisely.
