What a great hotel! great price, great service and nice rooms. The beds had fluffy bedding and so many different kinds of pillows from firm to super soft feather that I had a hard time deciding which one to pick. What a great idea! I always think pillows are too hard in a hotel and they nipped it before I even had an opportunity to think that. The location of this business hotel was right off of 35 and 5 min from downtown. The management was around walking the lobby area at all times, so very accessible if you needed anything and the hotel over all was very nice. The decor in the lobby is Austin Western and the restaurant has the biggest chairs to sit in I have ever seen in a restaurant on a hotel, actually in any restaurant. The waitress that served me was very nice and efficient as well. They have nice buffet Breakfast, lunch and dinner at a reasonable price or you can order off the menu. Good value for the money. Staff very helpful when you needed it. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, whether it was the room, the hallways or the laundry facility. The parking under the hotel was very convenient, and at least while we were there, there was no shortage of spaces. The only thing to watch for is access to the hotel, maybe we weren’t there long enough to find an easy way in and out, but coming from the north on I-35 required turning off the interstate opposite the hotel, then driving about a mile away, going back over the interstate, then going another mile back up to the hotel; but it was worth the drive. …
