Where is the battery in a 1999 cirrus?

The battery in the 99 Cirrus is located under the front driver side wheel well. There is a panel towards the front of the wheel that has a couple of screws on it. You take those screws out and remove the plastic panel and you will see the battery located behind it. It is kind of in a tough place to reach but not too difficult to replace if you need to.
