Where is TB most common in North Carolina and the United States?
In North Carolina, TB is most prevalent in the eastern coastal plain and in the larger urban areas such as Charlotte and Raleigh. TB is least common in the western and northern mountain counties. Nationally, TB is seen more in the larger states such as New York, Florida, Illinois, Texas and California.
