Where is snow ban parking in the City of Portland?
Snow ban parking is available for both USM students/employees and the general public at the USM Parking Garage on the Portland Campus. When a ban is called on Monday-Thursday only, the Parking Garage will open for snow ban parking for $6.00 per day. If weather closes the University, the garage will also close. Signs will be posted when the facility is closing, usually one hour after the University closes. All vehicles intending to park for the length of the ban must be in the garage when it closes. Vehicles must be out of the facility by 9:30 AM the following day. However, if the University is closed the following day the garage will also be closed.
