A. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on outside decks only. Smoking is not permitted in the interior of any vessel, including your cabin, the lounge, or the dining room. Smoking is also not permitted on motorcoaches. Specific hotel smoking policies will also apply.

The new City Code does NOT prohibit smoking in the following areas: • Outdoors, except where prohibited by other applicable laws • Private residences, except when used as a licensed child care, adult day care or health care facility. • Hotel and motel rooms that are rented to guests and are designated as smoking rooms. However, not more than twenty-five percent (25%) of rooms rented to guests in a hotel or motel may be designated as smoking.
