The facility is majestic, brand new and truly ‘mountain modern’. A 36 hole golf course surrounds the facility, which overlooks the Smoky Mountains and Pigeon River. The marketing goal is to bring in buyers from a 200 mile radius. Currently, 11,000,000 tourist travel to Gatlinburg annually. Gatlinburg is at the end of Rt 66 (25 miles long). The Sevierville Events Center is only 8 miles off I-40 on Rt 66. Thousands of tourists are already in motion. Attendance expectation is 5000-6000 qualified buyers.
