Where is Recovery House located; is it an actual house or dorm?

The Recovery House is located in ‘Little Italy’, an area of campus and the Cleveland community that has a mix of university buildings, private homes, apartments, restaurants, art studios and other small businesses. Recovery House is a two-family home (not a residence hall) with one unit on the first floor and another on the second floor.
