The processing center for our Lockbox Services (Retail, Property Management and Wholesale) is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Processing centers for our A/R Advantage Lockbox service are located in Atlanta, GA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA, Philadelphia, PA and Pittsburg, PA. You may select one or more sites within the A/R Advantage network for your receivables processing. The cities where both our Lockbox Service and A/R Advantage Lockbox service processing centers are located consistently rank among the most efficient mail collection cities in the U.S. Please refer to the Lockbox section on this website for descriptions of the various lockbox processes.
