Draft guidance regarding post-coordination on data entry is available in the SNOMED CT post-coordination implementation guidance v0 [1].5 document (File CM ref NPFIT-NCR-DES-0403.01). This is currently under revision to include rules to allow validation of post-coordination in the Health Language terminology tool. Guidance on the rendering of post-coordinated concepts is available in the document Message genesis and Spine interactions (File CM ref. NPFIT-NCR-DES-0437.02).
