Palm Aire is located just north of border between Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach. It spans from Powerline Road to Lyons Road and from Cypress Creek Road all the way to Atlantic Boulevard. It covers about 1,500 acres of land in the heart of South Florida. Palm Aire is 5 miles from the beach and it has easy access to both major highways, so you never have to drive long to get to where you want to be. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the airport are less than a half an hour away. It takes just as long to get to Boca Raton or Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise.
