OWCAP s primary Head Start site, housed within the Agency, is based in the heart of Ogden at 3159 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah. This site offers all-day classes. Child Care classes, double-session classes (half-day morning or afternoon), and Early Intervention classes are held at various collaborative satellite centers.
