Where is my RMA, I want to know the status, how do i get that?
Emails are sent daily about the status of RMAs, the emails are sent AFTER the RMA has been processed in order to expedite all requests. Here is what happens and how long it takes. 1. Packages arrive and are sent to the lab for testing. Packages remain unopened during this period. 1-2 days 2. RMA’s are opened, tested and database is used to review best course of action – 1 day 3. All RMA paperwork is forwarded to senior engineer for final review and possible customer communication – 1 day 4. Final resolution is determined and forwarded to either order processing for reshipment or accounting for refunds – 1 day, usually same day 5. RMA is processed, shipped and emails aare sent to customers and database is updated – Usually same day Total turnaround is average 3-5 days while in our possession. Since our database is ONLY updated when the order ships then the status during those 3-5 days is not tracked. Therefore you receive the email notice from us at the same time that our database is up
