They’ve received reports of fraudulent e-mails referencing a CDC sponsored State Vaccination Program. The SCHA says the e-mails asks users to create a personal H1N1 Vaccination Profile on the cdc.gov web site. The message also states that anyone that has reached the age of 18 must create a personal Vaccination Profile on the site. This is a phishing scam. The CDC has not implemented a state vaccination program requiring registration on www.cdc.gov. Users that click on the e-mail could have malicious codes installed on their system.
