George M. says: Believe it or not MacArthur Park was once the best neighborhood in Los Angeles. This was before the extension of Wilshire Blvd and the housing developments in the Valley. Mac Arthur Park is now the entry point for affordable housing in the Metropolitan area. This is what the place looks like without protests, marchers and riot police.
