Konami Support is E-mail Support on this game you need to sent E-mail to them you can contact them by going to Support Page at YU-GI-Oh Online Main Site click on compose mail (Different Country Different E-mail Support). Not Only When you have a problem you can sent them feedback, Your Idea, Your thought about this game you can reporting bugs also to make this game better even they are reply like a bot or never change anything but I still believe if a lot of people requesting something from them they will slowly develop it.
