Keening is in Odrosal, which is a dwemer ruin southwest of Dagoth Ur (as marked on your paper map). Once inside, you will find it in the Tower. Where is the Lord’s Mail? The easiest way to get into the caverns is to swim around the castle until you find a submerged door. Where is the Marandus Propylon Index? The index is lying on the floor between some crates in the St. Olms Temple. The temple is accessed through the Plaza of St. Olms Canton in Vivec. Once inside, make your way to the bottom level. The storage room you need is at the end of a hallway on the right hand side (opposite another door). You’ll know you’ve got the right one because there will be two rats inside that will attack you.
