Where is hometown of barry plummer black sabbath photographer?

I don’t know where he was born but, he took some photographs of the members of Jethro Tull and me at The Back Row in Mayfair, London in February 1988. At that time, Barry was running “Barry Plummer Photography” in partnership with Margaret Rose from an address in Ascot, Berkshire (I still have the full addres on lettergead).
