HEAF is located in Harlem at 2090 Seventh Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10027. View Larger Map We are located near the A, B, C, D, 2, and 3 trains at 125th Street. From the A, B, C, or D train, exit at 125th Street, and walk two blocks east to Seventh Avenue (also called Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd.) Turn right on Seventh Avenue to enter the building. The entrance is on Seventh Avenue between 124th and 125th Streets. From the 2 or 3 train, exit at 125th Street and walk one block west to Seventh Avenue (also called Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd.).
