The Hallelujah Campus/Community is located about 45 minutes west of Charlotte, North Carolina; about ½ way between Charlotte and Asheville, NC. The Charlotte metropolitan area is a central location for travel. Destination areas such as Asheville, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head and Atlanta are all within 4 hours from the community. • Will there be a different HOA fee for attached housing? Yes, attached housing will have a separate Homeowners Association and fee which is yet to be determined and will be based on unit size. • Will the Community have a restaurant? A restaurant that features healthy organic foods will be available to residents and the public. • When will the first homeowners move in?
