The Isle of Spice is approximately 31 km’s (19 miles) long by 11 km’s (7 miles) wide, with a population of 102,000. The capital, St George’s, has one of the prettiest harbour settings in the Caribbean. Grenada is in the Atlantic Standard Time Zone, one hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time and four hours behind GMT.
