ETEC Houston Facility: 3920 FM 1960 West, Suite 280 Houston, Texas 77068 (281) 537-9750 Tel (281) 537-5885 Fax (800) 798-ETEC (3832) Toll Free We are on FM 1960 between I-45 and SH-249, ETEC is conveniently located 15 minutes away from Hewlett-Packard headquarters on SH 249, and only 25 minutes from Bush International Airport. You can park in the front or sides of the building. . Classrooms are located on the second floor.
