Where is Emeryville, CA Located?
Emeryville is a very tech-rich area located right across the bay from San Francisco (in fact, you can see the city across the bay), between Berkeley (Home of University of California, Berkeley), and Oakland, CA (famous for its “sideshows”). Emeryville is a very advanced mix of pharmaceutical companies, processor design companies, and a variety of media and content production facilities. Emeryville is home to companies like Pixar Animation Studios, LeapFrog toys, Chiron, Novartis, SendMail, and MobiTV. According to Wikipedia, “Emeryville ranks as one of the entertainment industry’s biggest revenue-generating centers. In addition, it is the publishing home for Penton Media’s Mix, Electronic Musician, and Remix magazines” (which are our good friends and closest neighbors).
