Where Is Duxford Airplane Museum?
Duxford is based in cambridgeshire in England, and forms a part of the Imperial War Museum. It is regarded as one of Europe’s finest aviation museums and is also known for having one of the finest collections of tanks, military vehicles and naval exhibits in the country. It is certainly worth a visit! This place began as an airfield in the First World War and also played a very important part in the Second World War, initially as an RAF fighter station and afterward, as an American fighter base.
