The CCAM headquarters will be located on 20 acres of land in Prince George County, Virginia. As part of its contributions as an Organizing Industry Member, Rolls-Royce will donate the land to the University of Virginia Foundation (UVAF). CCAM is currently designing a unique facility that will include approximately 50,000 square feet of office, research, and educational space. The CCAM facility will be built and operated by UVAF and leased to CCAM.
