Where is Carleton University located, is it close to downtown?
Carleton is located in South Ottawa and is situated between the Rideau Canal and the Ottawa River. To get downtown you will have to take a bus, although you can easily cycle on either the bike paths or alongside the canal. Buses provide easy access to shopping centres, movie theatres and the Byward market.
