Where is Boise State and why didn they play Ohio State?
Boise State is in Boise, Idaho. They didn’t get to play Ohio State because they haven’t played anyone really tough this year in their regular schedule, whereas Ohio State and Florida both had tough schedules and went either undefeated or only had only one loss. When you’re unranked coming into the season, it’s really difficult to jump into the top spots without beating ranked opponents. One of the best ways to get to play ranked oponents is to be in one of the bigger conferences. In the bigger conferences, you typically play 8 other schools in your conference, and most likely a few of them are ranked. This year, it basically came down to who they played.
