after you did all that . Start the car leave the cord attached to the blower and turn on the fan your dashboard. WATCH YOUR FINGERS!!!!! ONLY TOUCH THE BOTTOM OF THE BLOWER!! OK , if the white thing is spinning when you turn on the fan on your dashboard, then it’s working and all you have to do is, put the blower part back into the hole and screw it back up and it’s fixed the fan was just clogged. But, if the white is not spinning, when you turn on the fan on your dashboard, then you need to get a new part like the one in your hand.
