Big Spring Watershed Meetings BSWA meetings are held the second Thursday of each month, except December and July. Meetings are held in the conference room at Swaim Health Center, Green Ridge Village, Newville, PA and begin at 7:30. How to Get There! Directions to the BSWA monthly meetings at Green Ridge Village: Follow Interstate 81 to the Newville exit. Exit north toward the town of Newville and Colonel Denning State Park. Green Ridge Village will be located on the left hand side of Rt. 233, shortly before entering the town of Newville. Exit left from Rt. 233 onto Green Ridge Lane. The BSWA monthly meeting room is located in Swain Hall at Green Ridge Village. Swain Hall is the main facility on Green Ridge Lane. Follow Green Ridge Lane until you come to the stop sign and the facility with it’s circular drive and portico will be in front of you. Parking SHOULD NOT be in the circular drive, but there are about 15 slots on Green Ridge Lane, and if those are taken, there is a big parking l
