Where is April Macie from and what type of work does she do?
Though relatively new to comedy, Easton, Pennsylvania native April Macie has already performed her irreverent brand of “overtly sexual humor” at some of the country’s top comedy clubs, including The Improv, Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, Carolines and Punchlines. Macie would like to add that she doesn’t really know what irreverent means, but she’s heard a lot of other comics use it and thought it sounded “kinda cool.” A difficult childhood and a dysfunctional family gave Macie plenty of material to draw from. “Bad parents are the gift that keeps on giving,” she says.
