Where is all the data coming from that is automatically entered?
Symplicity allows for direct import of data from SFU’s Student Information System, which manages all student and alumni records. Many of the fields in Symplicity were populated by imports of certain information from SIMS (such as student name and number). This is to ensure correct authentication and also to ease the amount of information individual users must enter into the system themselves.
