Where is all my associates data and sales data stored?
All the data for your associates (like name, address, etc) and all their sales data (like number of visitors and sales per associate) are stored in a fast SQL database on our server. It is backed every second onto a second hard drive. It is then backed up every 15 minutes to a text file on a different drive. And then backed up nightly to another hard drive on a different server. It is again backed up weekly on DAT tape for security. We have redundant systems in place to make sure your data is safe, safe, and safe. Also, we own the servers so you will not have the problem of your ISP installing new updated software (which they do often) and crashing your Associate Program we are aware of how updates can affect the database and AssocTRAC and know how to get around the problems so you service is never interrupted.
