Where is a place i can work to help with abused neglected animals?
If you want to work with a wide variety of animals, there are some Animal Sanctuaries located throughout the US. These places usually take in some larger animals, like horses, cows, goats, pigs, etc. If you are really into dogs or a particular dog breed, you could try volunteering to help an animal rescue. I did Black and Tan Coonhound rescue before. It’s a lot of work, but very rewarding. If you don’t have room to foster animals, there are other ways to get involved, such as transportation, fundraisers, etc. As others have mentioned, the local animal shelter is a great place to start, as well.
