Where is a good site to calculate a mortgage?

I find that the mortgage calculator on Halifax’s site is best for getting a rough idea because it’s very clear and easy to use, but of course that’s not to say that you should definitely go with Halifax … just use it to get an idea and then contact other banks and building socities for a comparison. But, in the current credit crunch no bank will lend you more that 95% of the purchase price, and some won’t even lend more than 90%, so if you don’t have a deposit then there is no way you can consider this.
