I always recommend Princeton. It is very expensive if you are wealthy, but if you are not, it is quite cheap. If you can get in, they will ensure you can pay for it. Along with Harvard, they have made a stated commitment to admitting more middle and poor students. I believe they don’t even offer student loans any more. They offer only scholarships, and the scholarships are based solely on need (there are no athletic or merit scholarships.) And over 60% of the students get some kind of financial aid. I would suggest Harvard too, but I don’t know if their moly bio department is as good as Princeton’s. The reason Harvard and Princeton can make this kind of commitment is, paradoxically, they are so wealthy, more than the other Ivy Leagues. So they can afford to have a mediocre football team, for example. They can give out their money who whomever they want.
