Where is a fun place to take kids to eat at the south rim of the Grand Canyon?
While many of them are very nice, I don’t know that I would call any of the eating places in the park itself as ‘fun’ especially from a kid perspective. The cafe at Bright Angel Lodge is the most casual of the sit-down places, as are the cafeterias at Maskwick Lodge and Yavapai Lodge. Outside the park bounds, there are a number of resturants at Tuysan that are family-oriented (McDonalds, Cafe Tuysan and ‘We Cook Pasta and Pizza’), but again, I would not really call any of them specifically aimed at kids (other than McDonalds), nor are they great dining experiences. The closest thing to fun, would be the very limited cafe at Flintstone Village, about 10 miles south of the par
