Where is a flasher for 1992 Buick LeSabre?
It is located under the dash board on the drivers side. You will need a flash light, zip cord for re-installation, a long non metallic rod 1/4″ dia and a wire hanger. Bend hanger straight and make a little hook on end. Remove turn signal fuse located at fuse box under driver side dash. Lay on floor with flashlight on drivers side. Look above fuse box it is located above it about 10″ it is round and silver. Use rod to push off clamp. Now use hanger to retrieve flasher unclasp and install new flasher. Reinstall flasher and clip under dash with zip cord for access later. Replace fuse.
