Where in the world is EPD available? How wide spread is it?
[Section Updated: 2/97] EPD has been administered in England, Canada, Germany, Norway, Italy, some other European countries, New Zealand, and the United States. There may be additional countries as well. Over 60 U.S. doctors have been trained in the technique, so it may be considered wide-spread, but access is still limited by the sheer numbers of doctors using the technique.
