Try the Vileda Rapid Attractive. It comes with an attached spray bottle that you can fill using your own choice of floor cleaner (Johnson’s Soapy Wood cleaner is great). Then you attach one of the pads to the bottom, spray and wipe. It has a very movable head to get into all those awkward places. It’s like mopping in a way, but much less messy and a lot quicker. It has raised bumps on the bottom which help to get up stains and marks better. The kit comes with 6 pads, but I make them last longer by using a store’s own brand cleaning cloths for similar systems (Tesco has a pack of 15 lemon scented antibacterial floor wipes for 98p) and put one of those on the top to wipe with. I throw that one away, but keep the pad on for another time or two using the wipes over the top again. I have wood floors throughout my house and wouldn’t be without this.
