Where in the Radisson is the exhibit room?
Exhibits will be in the Armory and Assembly areas. Is there power available? There are outlets available. Those requiring electricity should note their needs on their registration forms and make arrangements directly with the Radisson Hotel. How big is the booth? We are reserving tables that are 30″ by 72″ for exhibitors. Those planning to bring free-standing displays are welcome to do so. Do I have an assigned space? Yes. A placeholder with the name of the exhibitor will be on each table. Please use this assigned space. Because we are limiting the number of exhibitors, each exhibit will enjoy significant traffic and attention. May I set up my trade exhibit (i.e., it’s a 10 X 10 by 8 feet high booth)? Yes.
