I saw a picture of it online, but don’t know where it is so I can take my own picture of it when I am in NYC. There were cars driving by on the interstate it looked like, but I can’t tell. A: I think there is a sign when you come over the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan that says welcome to Manhattan. I think there is also a sign when you get off the Staten Island ferry on the Staten Island side. As for Brooklyn I think there is a sign on the Belt Parkway near the Verranzano that says welcome to Brooklyn. This is all from memory. I hope it helps.
