Where I need to place my solar panels in order to receive a maximum sunlight?
The positioning is critical for the solar panel maximum charge. They should be placed due south and receive sun all day. The angle is also important { at equator they should point straight up (90 degrees angle). To get the best angle at spring and fall you need to subtract your latitude from 90 degrees angle. Since the sun is lower in the winter and days are shorter, you can subtract about 20 degrees to maximize an available sunlight. During the summer time add 20 degrees.
