I’m afraid I can’t find the drivers listed on the Benq (USA) website, but the following url is for the Benq (UK) website. I believe we’re supposed to speak the same language, so there’ll be nothing for you to decipher. It appears that there are three different scanners with the number 5000 included in the model number … the 5000, 5000E, and 5000U. You may have to try each of them if the one at the second url below, for the 5000, doesn’t work. I wish you the very best of luck, my friend. Happy scanning.
