Where does Voltas stand in the TBEM journey in comparison with its peers in the Tata Group?

Frankly, Voltas stands quite behind its peers in the Tata Group in the TBEM journey. Considering that TBEM journey in Voltas started at almost the same time that Tata Steel started and that Tata Steel has already won the coveted JRDQV award, a lot has to be done by us. However, we are hopeful that with increased focus on TBEM and commitment and support provided by the MD and the Chairman himself, the pace will hasten in the near future.
