We source our fresh produce from local organic farms and use reputable organic suppliers for our dry ingredients such as pasta and rice. Our farm fresh organic meat is also locally sourced and our fresh organic salmon comes directly from a sustainable salmon farm in the Shetland Isles that is monitored by the Organic Food Federation and the RSPCA.
