Where does the water of Puerto Azul come from? Is it included in the maintenance monthly fee?

The water in Puerto Azul comes from Acueductos y Alcantarillados, a government water company in Costa Rica that provides Puntarenas with 100% drinkable water. We will also have reserve tanks for each of the towers.
