Program staff will provide vendors who have products that qualify/conform to the IPAWS Profile with the SDoC template along with the Test Report. Each vendor SDoC will have a unique alphanumeric code to help identify it in relationship to its corresponding Test Report. 17. Are there instructions for completing the SDoC Although the SDoC is an intuitive form, program staff will be available to answer questions regarding the meaning of each of the data fields and a completed example form will be provided for your reference.
