Response: Start by reviewing the proposed technology goals with the group, to benefit from their unique perspectives. Once the group finalizes the goals, they need to consider organizational priorities, implementation strategies, and next steps needed to meet the goals. For instance, if your goal is best served by producing a data base, the next step is to consider the types of data that will go into it. Look at all the data that is presently collected, then plan to design a system capable of recording more data than you currently need. This will allow for flexible growth of the system.
