Where does the sorority stand on drinking and downtown?
The national sorority’s policy on alcohol consumption and use is that we are to follow the federal, state, provincial, local, and college/university policies regarding alcohol use. Sisters who are of the legal drinking age are forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages while wearing the letters of Sigma Alpha Omega. There is also to be no alcoholic beverages at any of our sorority functions.
