Where does the publics right to know end and national security begin?
The (American) public has a right to know about anything and everything that allows any American citizen any one of several choices regarding what to do concerning the use of certain information that affects American citizens at large. What the American Public may not have a right to know about are issues that affect National Security in ways that the public, were they even to know, could only for the worst, alter the situation.
